Your diet should also have 5-7 meals daily to increase your metabolism. Your metabolic rate is how fast your body burns calories. The higher your metabolic rate the more calories you will burn throughout the day.
In your diet you should be cutting down on sugar and carbohydrate intake as these are difficult for your body to break down and can result in weight gain. They are both high in energy and if eaten it should be earlier in the day to make sure your body has time to burn them off.
Exercise the way to boost your weight loss
Exercise is a great way to boost your fat loss. Incorporating exercise into your plan is a great idea however you should be working out 3-4 times a week a minimum to get the best results. Your workouts should be short and intense with lots of reps with lighter weights. Lifting heavy weights with smaller reps will lead to building muscle which is not our goal. Building muscle is great if your looking to bulk up however they will make your results off as you will be building muscle which will be weight gain.
You need to have a balanced workout plan which incorporates weight lifting and cardio to get the very best results.
